Instead of returning your item/s you can contact us for a full refund.


Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic and as long as your request meets our returns terms and conditions set out below we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate the item/s you intended to return to a local charity or recycle it.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to Covid-19 any items of clothing, headwear, gloves or footwear cannot be returned unless they are in their original unopened packaging
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached
  • Please return the new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery to the originating address that we will provide to you
  • For items valued over £50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt
  • We cannot issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing us with the wrong delivery address) or your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

Where to return my order?

  • Many of our partners are based outside of the UK so you may have to return your item to a country such as China or Russia
  • Please contact our support team at for the correct return address as our products are fulfilled by various partners

Terms & Conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected
  • We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment
  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date your item has been received
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one
  • We will provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items
  • You will need to cover the cost of returning the item. We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused and unworn condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense
  • All shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, colour, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges
